چکیده

Dopamine (DA), a kind of neurotransmitter in animals, has been proven to cause positive influence on plants during abiotic stress. In the present study, function DA under cadmium (Cd) stress was revealed. The yellowing duckweed leaves Cd could be alleviated by an exogenous (10/20/50/100/200 μM) supplement, and 50 μM optimal concentration resist reducing root breakage, restoring photosynthesis chlorophyll content. addition, 24 h treatment increased content 1.3 times through promoting influx Cd2+. Furthermore, gene expression changes study showed that photosynthesis-related genes were up-regulated addition Additionally, mechanisms DA-induced detoxification accumulation also investigated; some critical genes, such as vacuolar iron transporter 1 (VIT1), multidrug resistance-associated protein (MRP) Rubisco, significantly with An increase intracellular Ca2+ decrease efflux induced observed, well synchrony cyclic nucleotide-gated ion channel 2 (CNGC2), predicting that, plants, CNGC2 may upstream target for action trigger change signal. Our results demonstrate supplementation can improve resistance enhancing photosynthesis, changing signaling, accumulation. Interestingly, we found exposure reduced endogenous content, which is result blocked shikimate acid pathway decreased tyrosine aminotransferase (TAT) gene. offers new insight into application phytoremediation aquatic systems.

the effect of e-64 on the developmental competence of sheep cocs during in vitro maturation

in the present study, the effect of e-64 at different concentrations (0.5, 1, 5 and 10 µm) added to (1) the ivm medium on oocyte nuclear maturation and developmental competence of ovine oocytes, and (2) to the ivc medium on embryonic development of ovine embryos were investigated.

New Insight into the Relation between Adiponectin and Diabetes

Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases. Insulin resistance is defined as a state that needs more insulin to get the biological effects achieved by a lower amount of insulin in the normal state. Several molecules which are secreted through adipocytes have been involved in insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Adiponectin as a 244 amino acid protein is exclusively expressed...

The effect of salinity and osmotic stress on duckweed Lemna minor L

The response of duckweed (Lemna minor L.) to salinity and osmotic stress was evaluated by monitoring growth and peroxidase activity every second day, for a period of 17 days. The nutrient medium was supplemented with isoosmolar concentrations of NaCl and mannitol (50 mM and 100 mM NaCl, 100 mM and 200 mM mannitol). Growth decreased markedly with increasing concentrations of NaCl and mannitol. T...

New insight into the immunomodulatory mechanisms of Tretinoin in NMRI mice

Objective(s):Recent evidence have proposed that Tretinoin produced in the gut preferentially promote differentiation of FoxP3+Treg cells but inhibits Th17 lymphocytes, and this may be the main immunomdulatory mechanism of Tretinoin  in vivo. This study was done to investigate the effects of Tretinoin in outbred white mice after challenge with sheep red blood cells (SRBC). Materials and Methods:...
